My name is Mary Bonnet. I'm a Certified Hypnotist, Energy Coach, and Educator. I also have
training in:

I continue my education in the area of energy psychology for my own well-being and to
assist my clients in achieving the life they want to live. I help my clients cope with
stress, set goals, overcome obstacles and resolve issues in their personal and
professional lives so they lead more joyful, peaceful, healthy, productive and
fulfilled lives. I use various means including Quantum Flow Bioenergetics
(Emotional Freedom Technique, Tapas Acupressure Techniques, Be Set Free Fast and
others), Hypnosis, Visualization, Neural Linguistic Programming, and Reconnective
Healing. My desire is to teach clients to use many of these techniques on
their own - providing them their own self-help toolbox and enabling them to
raise their vibrational level.
My degrees are in Mathematics, and Educational Psychology-Research, Measurement & Statistics. I spent the majority of my adult life as a military operations research analyst. My experience using the scientific method, questioning assumptions, etc. provides me a unique perspective and great confidence in the theories and science of hypnosis and energy techniques. I am a Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) and a Charter Member of the Institute of HeartMath®. I am honored to join the Kizos Leadership Team as a Senior Consultant. The Kizos Corporation is a Virginia based, environmental consulting firm, established in 2003, that provides professional consultation and services in: Management Support, Science Education in Minority Communities, Multimedia Support, and Environmental Education Program Support. I am delighted to be a contributor to Frederic Patenaude’s and Tera Warner’s “Body Enlightenment System” Program that was launched in May 2006. I conducted Teleseminars 6 May and 7 July 2006 on how EFT can help with life style management changes centered on food and exercise. This included a demonstration of how to use EFT specifically to handle food cravings. I’ve also done several “booster” calls to help participants stay on track. I’ve also contributed affirmations for the Daily Planner, and Daily Midday energy exercises. I’ll be continuing working with Tera and Frederic on this project and others – stay tuned!
